Gorenje sold out the majority stake of the car sales business

Gorenje Group has decided to sell out the majority stake in the business areas of the car sales companies, in accordance with the strategy of focusing on the core business area - household appliances. In such a manner has made on 12 July 2005 the Gorenje holding company Gorenje Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH from Vienna a contract with the buyer Trdnjava Holding, d.d., Celje, Slovenia, for selling out 70% ownership stake of the company G.A Beteiligungs gmbH, which hold the subsidiaries in Zagreb, Croatia and in Belgrade, Serbia and Montenegro, with the Hyundai car sales business.
