The change in the portion of the Supervisory Board member securities in the company capital

The deputy chairman of the Supervisory Board Mr. Ivan Atelšek has on the 22nd of December 2005 at the Ljubljana Stock Exchange bought 1,200 Gorenje, d.d., GRVG shares in the amount of 6,600,000 SIT. After this transaction Mr. Atelšek held 0.068% stake in the company capital.
