The change in the portion of the Supervisory Board member securities in the company capital
The member of the Supervisory Board Mr. Drago Krenker has on the 5th of May 2006 sold at the Ljubljana Stock Exchange 100 Gorenje, d.d., GRVG shares in the amount of SIT 563,499. After this transaction Mr. Krenker held 1,998 GRVG shares or 0.0164% stake in the company capital.
