Kapitalska družba PIZ, d.d. informed us, pursuant to paragraph 1, Article 77 of ZPre-1 (Takeover Act), that as of 11 August, 2006 they own in total 3,183,229 GRVG shares issued by Gorenje d.d., Velenje (hereinafter referred to as »the issuer«), representing in total 26.0920 % of the issuer's share capital.
