Notification on major holding of voting rights

Pursuant to Article 573 of Market in Financial Instruments Act (Off. Gazette RS, no. 67/07, ZTFI), in regard to Article 124 of ZTFI, the company KD Investments, družba za upravljanje, d.o.o., Dunajska cesta 206, Ljubljana, Slovenia, informed us on 12 October 2007 and on 15 October 2007 we received the corrigendum of this notice, that as on 9 October 2007 they acquired 10,000 shares issued by the company Gorenje, d.d., which together with the shares that the company already had owned previously, represents 5.05 per cent of all voting rights in the company Gorenje, d.d., or 615,589 GRVG shares.

Any important changes to data in the company's prospectus shall be promptly released in public announcements on SEOnet of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. As from the date of this release, this notice will also be published on the company's gorenje.com website.
