Change of the total number of shares with the voting right

Issuer: Gorenje gospodinjski aparati, d.d. (short name: Gorenje, d.d.), Partizanska 12, SI-3503 Velenje, Slovenia

Announcement of the Supervised Information's is referring to Article 106 and 126 of Market in Financial Instruments Act (ZTFI).

The Issuer has increased share capital and the number of shares, from authorized capital by 1,830,000 GRVG shares (Shares were entered into the KDD central registry on 3 December 2007 after the end of trading and on 4 December 2007, the additional non-par value ordinary GRVG shares were listed on the prime market of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange). The total number of all issued GRVG shares has been changed from 12,200,000 shares to 14,030,000 shares. Due to the fact, that one share has one vote, is the new total number of voting rights 14,030,000. Number of own shares remains unchanged, namely 1,183,342 shares, but theirs portion has decreased to 8.4344%.

Any important changes to data in the company's prospectus shall be promptly released in public announcements on SEOnet of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. As from the date of this release, this notice will also be published on the company's gorenje.com website.
