KD Galileo, vzajemni sklad fleksibilne strukture naložb, Celovška cesta 206, SI-1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, disposed 160,000 shares issued by the company Gorenje, d.d., which together with the shares that the company already had owned previously, represents 4.02 per cent of all voting rights in the company Gorenje, d.d., or 563,812 GRVG shares.

KD ID, delniška ID, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, SI-1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, disposed 30,000 shares issued by the company Gorenje, d.d., which together with the shares that the company already had owned previously, represents 2.11 per cent of all voting rights in the company Gorenje, d.d., or 295,450 GRVG shares.

WIOF Adriatic-Balkan Opportunities Fund, 11, rue Aldringen, L-1118 Luxembourg, disposed 25,818 shares issued by the company Gorenje, d.d., which together with the shares that the company already had owned previously, represents 0 per cent of all voting rights in the company Gorenje, d.d., or 0 GRVG shares.

KD Balkan, delniški vzajemni sklad, Celovška cesta 206, SI-1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, disposed 34,182 shares issued by the company Gorenje, d.d., which together with the shares that the company already had owned previously, represents 0.26 per cent of all voting rights in the company Gorenje, d.d., or 36,065 GRVG shares.

KD Rastko, delniški vzajemni sklad, Celovška cesta 206, SI-1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia disposed 100,000 shares issued by the company Gorenje, d.d., which together with the shares that the company already had owned previously, represents 1.66 per cent of all voting rights in the company Gorenje, d.d., or 232,593 GRVG shares.

All above listed companies have disposed all together 350,000 shares issued by the company Gorenje, d.d., and following to this the stake of the voting rights decreased form 1.53 % to 8.05 per cent of all voting rights in the company Gorenje, d.d., or 1,127,920 GRVG shares.
