Pursuant to the Rules and Regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the relevant legislation, the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., hereby announces the following:

Fortenova Group TopCo B.V., Herikerbergwer 238 Luna ArenA 1101Cm Amsterdam, The Netherlands (»Fortenova Group TopCo«) informed the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d. (»Mercator«) that it acquired on March 29, 2021, an 18.53% share of voting rights in Mercator, and that on March 30, 2021, the share of voting rights held by Fortenova Group TopCo was decreased to 0.00%. Fortenova Grupa d.d., Ulica Marijana Čavića 1, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia (»Fortenova Grupa«) informed Mercator that it acquired on March 30, 2021, an 18.53% share of voting rights in Mercator. Pursuant to Article 7 of the Decision on Information Regarding Significant Holdings (Official Journal of the Republic of Slovenia 30/2019), the information about the 18.53% share of voting rights does not take into account the fact that Mercator holds 42,192 treasury (own) shares.
