SID banka, d.d., Ljubljana announces that, after the expiration of the term of office of the previous management board, on 1 January 2022,  Damijan Dolinar, MSc, CFA and Stanka Šarc Majdič, MSc joined SID banka as the president and member of the management board.

Damijan Dolinar, MSc obtained a master's degree in management and organization at the Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana, where he also graduated. He is the holder of the internationally recognized CFA title. As an experienced banking expert with 19 years of work experience in banking, he worked for 10 years as a member of the management board of the international banking groups UniCredit bank and Sberbank in Slovenia. Areas in which he gained experience are risk management and retail and corporate business. He was chiefly responsible for the areas of risk management, retail and SME business as well as IT.

Stanka Šarc Majdič, MSc obtained her master's degree from the Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana. She has been working in the financial sector for 15 years, of which 12 years in banking. In the past, she gained banking experience as the Executive Director for Risk at Gorenjska banka, and prior to that at the international banking groups Sparkasse and Hypo Alpe Adria Bank. During her career, she obtained additional education in the field of banking, model development in the field of corporate finance, with an emphasis on company valuation. During the last two years she has been active in the corporate sector.
