Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

With a reference to the public notice of Share repurchase programme from 4 November 2021, Telekom Slovenije, d.d. (hereinafter: the company) is disclosing information on transactions in the treasury shares that took place in the period from 3 March 2022 up to and included 8 March 2022. During the mentioned period, the company acquired 860 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 47,542.00 as follows:

• on 3 March 2022        200      shares at the average price of EUR 56.80 /share,
• on 4 March 2022        210      shares at the average price of EUR 56.20 /share,
• on 7 March 2022        220      shares at the average price of EUR 55.20 /share and
• on 8 March 2022        230      shares at the average price of EUR 53.20 /share.

NLB d.d. was a broker in these transactions.

The company acquired the treasury shares through transactions on the regulated securities market. The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 35,041, or 0.536% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 35,901, which is 0.549% of all shares issued.

Treasury shares do not have voting rights. The total number of shares with voting rights after the above mentioned transactions is 6,499,577, which represents 99.451% of all shares issued.
