Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova ulica 15, Ljubljana, hereby informs that Alenka Koporc, person closely associated with the member of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Mitja Štular, PhD, on 9 March 2022 bought 313 shares of the company with the symbol TLSG at a weighted average price of EUR 54,39:

• 23 shares at the price of EUR 54.20 /share
• 290 shares at the price of EUR 54,40/share.

The ordinary TLSG shares were purchased on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.
