At its meeting on 10 July 2023, the Works Council of Zavarovalnica Triglav, d.d. appointed Supervisory Board members, serving as employee representatives, as the term of office of the existing members, employee representatives, expired. Aleš Košiček, Vinko Letnar and Janja Strmljan Čevnja were appointed as Supervisory Board members representing employees for a four-year term of office commencing on 11 July 2023.

This information will be published on the website of Zavarovalnica Triglav, d.d. at www.triglav.eu as of 11 July 2023 and will remain available on the Company's public website for a period of at least five years.
