In accordance with the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules (Ljubljanska borza d.d., Ljubljana) and the applicable legislation in force, the Company INTEREUROPA d.d., Koper is issuing this announcement:
Intereuropa d.d. is hereby informing the interested public that following the approved Programme of measures for implementation by the Managing Board, which envisions the sale of non-operating assets, the Company disposed on 24 May 2010 of the real property located at Letališka c. 25.
