The Company Intereuropa d.d. hereby informs the interested public that with effect from 1 June 2010, the former subsidiary Intereuropa IT, informacijska tehnologija, d.o.o. (Intereuropa IT, Information Technology, l.l.c.), Vojkovo nabrežje 32, 6000 Koper is affiliated to the Parent Company Intereuropa d.d. The object of business of the company Intereuropa IT d.o.o. will be transferred to the IT Division.
