On the basis of the public tender for the purchase of shares of Intereuropa which was published on the 23rd December 2010 and the deadline extension of this tender which was published on 7th February 2011, Luka Koper, d.d. informs the interested public no offer arrived until the prescribed deadline (31st March 2011).
