Due to the fact that the candidate has withdrawn his consent to the appointment, the Supervisory Board of Luka Koper d.d. today revoked its 28^th September 2012 resolution on the appointment of Mr Rado Antolovič as President of the company's Management Board. Thus the Supervisory Board has completed its public call for applications for the position of Management Board President without selecting any candidate. The current President of the Management Board, Mr Bojan Brank, shall accordingly remain head of the company until further notice; however, according to the provisions of the Companies Act RS, such tenure may be for a maximum of one a year from the date of appointment.
