Perspektiva d.d., Ilirika borzno posredniška hiša d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 173,279 representing 0.528% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 182,830 representing 0.558% of all shares issued.
