Ljubljana Stock Exchange Inc (hereinafter referred to as: LJSE) adopted amendments to the following LJSE Services Fee Schedules on 30 June 2022:

• Services Fee Schedule, which shall enter into use on 1 August 2022, while points 11.6.2. and 11.6.3. shall enter into use under the condition that LJSE obtains prior consent to their amendments by the Securities Market Agency, of which LJSE shall inform the public subsequently;
• SI ENTER Services Fee Schedule, which shall enter info use on 1 August 2022;
• Market Fee Schedule, which shall enter info use on 1 January 2023.

The amendments of the above LJSE Services Fee Schedules were needed due to an increase in consumer prices and an increase in the LJSE’s fixed costs, as a result of which all points of the LJSE Services Fee Schedules increase by 10%, except for Service Fees for SEO and INFO STORAGE from point 11.6. of the Services Fee Schedule, which increase by 9.1%.

It should be noted, that despite the effective date of 1 August 2022, the service fees already charged at the beginning of the year for the entire calendar year 2022, new service fees shall be applied only at the next billing.
