On the basis of the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the Securities Market Act (ZTVP-1), Telekom Slovenije, d.d. publishes the following notification:

Continuing yesterday's session, Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije has appointed Zoran Vehovar, MSc as a member of the Management Board. He will take over his post on 1 May 2010.

Supervisory Board has appointed Zoran Vehovar, MSc as the new member of the Management Board, starting his term on 1 May, after the term of one of the current members expires. Supervisory Board has already announced that the Board will be completed by the time the new President of the Board, Ivica Kranjčevič, takes over.

Zoran Vehovar was born in 1963. He obtained his Master's degree in the filed of electrical engineering. He has 21 years of experience working in telecommunications, the last 14 years thereof he worked for Mobitel. In the last year, he was the Director of the Technology Department, and before that, he was the Network Department Director for two years. His first responsibilities at Mobitel were directed at network planning, where he, as the team leader for network design and optimization, successfully worked on designing and optimizing the first generation NMT system, and later a successful implementation of GSM, followed by the third generation UMTS/HSPA and other technologies. He is known as an outstanding expert in telecommunications.
