Public Notice - Registration of Amendments to the Statute in the Court Register

The shareholders of Gorenje, d.d., and the public at large are hereby notified that, pursuant to the resolutions adopted by the General Meeting on 12 December 2006, the decision of the Celje district court of 22 December 2006 on the registration of amendments in the court register in relation to business activity, powers conferred on the Management Board to increase the (approved) share capital, and the company Statute, entered into force on 16 January 2007.
