Notification on major holding of voting rights

Pursuant to Paragraph 1, Article 10 of the Takeover Act (Official Journal RS No. 79/2006; Zpre-1), the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., was notified on September 12th 2007 by the company Banka Koper, d.d., that on September 11th 2007, the latter company disposed of 472,915 shares of the issuer Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., Dunajska cesta 107, Ljubljana, with the code MELR. The number of shares disposed of represents 12.56 percent of total voting rights based on issuer's shares. Before this transaction, the company Banka Koper, d.d., owned 472,915 ordinary registered shares of the issuer (or 12.56 percent of total voting rights based on the issuer's shares); after the transaction, the said company does not own any shares of the issuer.
