Terme Krka - Strunjan in 100% ownership of Terme Krka

Health and tourism company Terme Krka, d.o.o., Novo mesto, which is 100% owned by Krka, d.d., Novo mesto, has signed an agreement to purchase 49% of ownership interest in Terme Krka - Strunjan, d.o.o. from the Union of War Disabled Societies of Slovenia. As a result Terme Krka has 100% ownership in Terme Krka - Strunjan. The purchase price was EUR 8 million.
