Supplementary information regarding 14th AGM notice

With a reference to the 14th AGM notice of Krka, d. d., Novo mesto, the Management Board is informing interested public that the Workers Council elected its representatives in the Supervisory Board of the company. The elected representatives are:

1. Franc Sašek

2. Tomaž Sever

3. Mateja Vrečer

Their five year mandate begins on 21 June 2009.

Supplementary information is related to the point 4 of the 14th AGM agenda released on 14 May 2009.
