We are informing the public that on 20 January 2010 the Supervisory Board of Krka, d.d., Novo mesto (hereafter Krka) nominated the Nomination Committee of the Supervisory Board. The Nomination Committee held a meeting on 27 January 2010 which was chaired by Tomaž Kuntarič, MSc, the President of the Nomination Committee. At the meeting the Nomination Committee adopted the resolution to start the procedure for preparation of the proposal for nomination of the Supervisory Board members of Krka. This procedure has to be concluded by the end of April 2010.
