The constitutive Supervisory Board meeting of Krka, d. d., Novo mesto was held on 23 June 2010 in the afternoon.

Jože Lenič, MSc, was unanimously elected President of the Supervisory Board with the candidate having refrained from voting. In addition, Franc Šašek and Matjaž Rakovec were unanimously elected Deputies to the President of the Supervisory Board with both candidates having refrained from voting. The Audit Committee and the Human Resource Committee were also appointed.
