With a reference to the own shares acquisition announcement from 25 November 2010, Krka is informing the public that from 3 December 2010 up to and including 10 December 2010 Krka acquired 13,712 own shares in the total value of EUR 866,619 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Certius bph d. o. o. and Ilirika borzno posredniška hiša d. o. o. were the brokers in these transactions.

The total number of own shares prior to these transactions was 1,632,181, representing 4.607% of all shares issued.

The total number of own shares after these transactions is 1,645,893, representing 4.646% of all shares issued.
