With a reference to the public notice from 15 July 2011, Krka is informing the public that from 16 September 2011 up to and including 22 September 2011 Krka acquired 10,336 own shares in the total value of EUR 539,239 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. NLB d.d., Ilirika borznoposredniška hiša d.d. and GBD Gorenjska borznoposredniška družba d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of own shares prior to these transaction was 1,915,053, representing 5.406% of all shares issued.

The total number of own shares after these transaction is 1,925,389 representing 5.435% of all shares issued.
