Pursuant to the Rules and Regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d, and the relevant legislation, the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., hereby informs the shareholders and the public of the following:


At the meeting, held on 19 December 2011, organised by PanSlovenian Shareholder’s Association, company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., won a »Shareholder-friendly company« award. The company was awarded for providing complete information to all shareholders and treating them equally, which further means proper protection of also all the interests of the company’s minority shareholders.
Award was granted by the president of World Federation of Investors Corporation, Jean-Pierre Paelinck. On the behalf of the company, the award was accepted by the President of the Management Board, Žiga Debeljak, MscBa and Senion Vice Presidents Melita Kolbezen, MscBa and Vera Aljančič Falež, LL.M.
