Statute, the company's Management Board calls for the 27th General Assembly of Luka Koper d.d. shareholders that will be held at 1 p.m. on 1st July 2016  in the Plenary Hall of the Primorska Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Ferrarska Ulica 2, Koper, Slovenia.
