Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Ljubljana, Sava Re, d.d., Ljubljana hereby announces the following: 

On 6 October 2016, Sava Re, d.d., ("Company") received an order from the Insurance Supervision Agency ("ISA") to eliminate violations, in which they establish that Branko Tomažič, chairman of the Company's supervisory board, ceased to meet all the conditions for appointment as member of the Company's supervisory board.  

In the order the ISA requires that the Company call a general meeting of shareholders of Sava Re, d.d., and hold it within 45 days of receipt of the order to propose to its shareholders the recall of Branko Tomažič from the position of member of the supervisory board of Sava Re, d.d. 

An appeal is allowed against the order within eight days of its receipt. 

This announcement will also be available on the Company’s website at www.sava-re.si, at least five years from the date of the announcement.
