On the basis of the Rules of Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the Financial Instruments Market Act RS, Luka Koper, d.d. publishes the following announcement:

At its session held on 24 February 2017, the supervisory board of the company Luka Koper, d.d. became acquainted with the letter of the Slovenian Sovereign Holding (SSH) dated 5 January 2017, addressed to the company’s supervisory board. In its letter, SSH requested from the company’s supervisory board to submit the assessment of loss occurred due to work stoppage taking place from July 1st to July 5th 2016 and to provide information on those who were responsible for work stoppage. The supervisory board confirmed the content of the letter to be sent as response to SSH and pursuant to legislation in force, herein informs also other company’s shareholders about the letter’s content.
