Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

On Thursday, 28 January 2021, and on Friday, 29 January 2021, some media reported that the Court of Audit issued a request to Telekom Slovenije, d.d., to submit documentation. In regard to this, some media published some incorrect claims both regarding the content of the requested documentation, as well as regarding the claim that the Court of Audit is “investigating” some transactions.

In its operations, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., adheres to the highest corporate governance standards, and we shall submit all the requested documentation to the Court of Audit within the deadlines. We shall not comment on any other details regarding this matter.

The announcement will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
