On the basis of the Rules of Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the Financial Instruments Market Act RS, Luka Koper d.d. publishes the following information:

Luka Koper, d.d. informs the interested public that the Supervisory board of Luka Koper, d.d. held today a session with new members who were appointed on the General assembly on 29 June 2021 and succeeded the members which ended their term of office. On today's session Mr Franci Matoz was appointed president of the supervisory board, while Ms Nevenka Črešnar Pergar was appointed as his deputy. On the same session the Supervisory board nominated a new committee - the strategic development committee, which will operate in the Supervisory board together with the audit, human resources and business committees.
