At its 219th session on 31 July 2021, the Suvervisory Board of SID banka, d.d., Ljubljana decided on the new three-member Management Board of SID banka, d.d., Ljubljana. New members of the Management Board have been appointed, who will take up their duties after obtaining a licence to perform the function of a member of the Management Board of SID banka, d.d., Ljubljana or on 1 January 2022.

The Supervisory Board appointed them for a term of five years:

• Damijan Dolinar, M.Sc., CFA, for the President of the Management Board, begining his term of office  from 1 February 2022
• Gašpar Ogris-Martič, for the President of the Management Board, begining his term of office from 1 January 2022 to 31 January 2022 and from 1 February 2022 to 31 December 2026 as a member of the Management Board
• Stanka Šarc Majdič, M.Sc. for a member of the Management Board, with the beginning of the term of office from 1 January 2022.
