Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova ulica 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

At its 19th regular meeting on Wednesday, 11 May 2022, the Telekom Slovenije Supervisory Board reviewed Unaudited Financial Report of the Telekom Slovenije Group and Telekom Slovenije, d.d., for the period between January and March 2022.

In the first three months of this year, Telekom Slovenije Group’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) stood at EUR 56.7 million, which is 2% more than in the comparable period of 2021. The EBITDA-to-sales ratio at the Telekom Slovenije Group level was 37.5%, while in the same period last year it stood at 35.5%.

In the first three months of this year, Telekom Slovenije Group generated EUR 151.2 million in net sales, while its total operating revenue amounted to EUR 152.5 million. As of 1 January 2022 Telekom Slovenije, d.d., ceased providing electricity to end users, and consequentially net sales are lower than in the same period of 2021. The revenue from international voice services were also somewhat lower.

In the period from January to March 2022, earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) of Telekom Slovenije Group amounted to EUR 16.1 million, which is 15% more than in the comparable period of 2021. Following the calculation of corporate income tax with deferred taxes, the Telekom Slovenije Group completed the first three months of 2022 with a net profit of EUR 12.0 million, which is EUR 2,3 million, i.e., 23% more than in the same period of 2021.

In the first three months of 2022, Telekom Slovenije Group set aside EUR 25.2 million for investments.

The Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., was informed of the resignation of the Supervisory Board member, employee representative Jana Žižek Kuhar. Jana Žižek Kuhar’s resignation as the employee representative in the Supervisory Board comes into effect on the date a new Supervisory Board member, employee representative, is appointed. The Works Council of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., shall appoint a new substitute employee representative at the Supervisory Board presumably in June 2022.
