The Deputy President of the Supervisory Board of Krka, d. d., Novo mesto, Franc Šašek, informed the company that on 13 April 2023 he disposed 900 shares of the company with the symbol KRKG (ISIN: SI0031102120) for his own account on the official market of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange at the price of EUR 109.00 per share.

The transactions are not linked to the exercise of a share option programme.

The notice will be published on the company's website (www.krka.biz) from 14 April 2023 onwards, for a period of at least 5 years.
