With a reference to the public notice from 20 July 2023, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 13 October 2023 up to and including 19 October 2023. Krka acquired 2,987 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 320,944 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 13 October 2023:         647      shares at a VWAP of EUR 106.50,
- on 16 October 2023:         520      shares at a VWAP of EUR 107.12,
- on 17 October 2023:         616      shares at a VWAP of EUR 107.20,
- on 18 October 2023:         490      shares at a VWAP of EUR 107.50 and
- on 19 October 2023:         714      shares at a VWAP of EUR 108.72.

Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 1,874,978 representing 5.718% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 1,877,965 representing 5.727% of all shares issued.

The notice will be published on the Company's website (www.krka.biz) from 20 October 2023 onwards, for a period of at least 5 years.
