Pursuant to the Market in Financial Instruments Act (ZTFI-1), INTEREUROPA, globalni logistični servis, d.d., Vojkovo nabrežje 32, 6000 Koper, hereby informs the public that on 24 May 2024, the Koper District Court, by decision No. Srg 2024/17279, entered in the court register the resolution of the 42nd General Meeting of the public limited company INTEREUROPA d.d. of 16 May 2024, by which the shareholders voted to withdraw the shares of the company with ISIN code SI0031100090 and symbol IEKG from the regulated securities market (Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d.).

The aforementioned resolution of the General Meeting was adopted by a majority of more than 9/10 of the company's share capital, and shall therefore take effect as of the date of its entry in the court register in accordance with the provisions of Article 125 of the Market in Financial Instruments Act (ZTFI-1).
