With a reference to the public notice from 10 July 2024, CINKARNA Celje, d. d. is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 12 August 2024 up to and including 14 August 2024.

CINKARNA Celje, d. d. acquired 1247 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 29,555.20 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 13 August 2024   630  shares at a VWAP of EUR 23.80,

- on 14 August 2024   617  shares at a VWAP of EUR 23.60,

Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 281770 representing 3.49 % of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 283017 representing 3.50 % of all shares issued.
