As of 1 September 2024, the Management Board of Ljubljana Stock Exchange starts its new term of office. The Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Marko Bombač for the new President of the Management Board and reappointed MSc Nina Vičar for the Member of the Management Board, who has held this position since 2013.

Mr. Marko Bombač steps into the new role from his current position as Head of Risk Management at Bank of Slovenia, which he holds since 2020. Before that he worked for 10-years at NLB Skladi d. o. o., where he held several positions, most recent as Head of Research.

Mr. Marko Bombač already obtained a licence to perform the function of the President of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Management Board, issued by the Securities Market Agency. With this all the conditions set at the time of his appointment have been fulfilled. In this position, he will replace MSc Aleš Ipavec after the expiry of his term on 31 August 2024.
