With a reference to the public notice from 10 July 2024, CINKARNA Celje, d. d. is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 7 April 2025 up to and including 11 April 2025.

CINKARNA Celje, d. d. acquired 1,470 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 42,044.00 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 7 April 2025                     410 shares at a VWAP of EUR 27.97,
- on 8 April 2025                     480 shares at a VWAP of EUR 28.90,
- on 9 April 2025                     580 shares at a VWAP of EUR 28.80

Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 298,404 representing 3.69 % of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 299,874 representing 3.71 % of all shares issued.
