The third webinar of the year, " Overview of the events on the capital market in Q2", took place on Tuesday 8 July 2025 at 10.00.

In the introductory part, we presented the key highlights of the developments on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange in Q2. We discussed the dynamics of turnover, the evolution of the total market capitalisation and the performance of the SBITOP and SBITOP TR indices over the period under review. We focused on the evolution of the Prime Market shares, which reached new record highs, as well as on the new developments on the domestic market - the listing of the second issue of retail bonds, individual investment accounts and the upcoming listing of Vzajemna shares on the stock exchange.

As we continue a period of heightened uncertainty in international capital markets — with interest rates rising, geopolitical tensions and changes in global capital flows all occurring at the same time — we, together with two financial experts, focused on the broader macroeconomic context. We discussed how global developments are being reflected in the local market and what strategies investors can take considering the current situation.

Finally, we addressed the outlook for the second half of 2025, highlighting the key factors that will shape the further development of capital markets both domestically and internationally.
