INI-411/25 KRKA, d. d., Novo mesto Constitutive session of the Supervisory Board of Krka, d. d., Novo mesto In accordance with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and Article 130 of the Market in Financial Instruments Act, company Krka, d. d., Novo mesto hereby publishes the following notice: At its constitutive session held on 17 September 2025, the Supervisory Board of Krka, d. d., Novo mesto elected Jože Mermal as a President of the Supervisory Board and prof. dr. Juliana Kristl as a Deputy President, shareholder representative. Second Deputy President of the Supervisory Board, a representative of employees, is dr. Mateja Vrečer, elected in June 2024.
