With a reference to the public notice from 20 July 2023, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 16 January 2026 up to and including 22 January 2026. Krka acquired 5,222 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 1,152,962 the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 16 January 2026:        1,093   shares at a VWAP of EUR 220.36,
- on 19 January 2026:        1,068   shares at a VWAP of EUR 219.99,
- on 20 January 2026:        1,042   shares at a VWAP of EUR 220.00,  
- on 21 January 2026:        1,013   shares at a VWAP of EUR 220.16 and
- on 22 January 2026:        1,006   shares at a VWAP of EUR 223.56.

Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 2,443,718 representing 7.452% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 2,448,940 representing 7.468% of all shares issued.

The notice will be published on the Company's website (www.krka.biz) from 23 January 2026 onwards, for a minimum period of 5 years.
