In accordance with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange rules and applicable legislation, Sava Re d.d., Dunajska 56, Ljubljana, makes the following announcement:

Today Sava Re d.d. received a notice of resignation from Davor I. Gjivoje Jr, by which he irrevocably resigns, for personal reasons and with immediate effect, from his position as member and chairman of the supervisory board of Sava Re d.d., effective as of the same date.

This announcement will also be available on the Company’s website, at www.sava-re.si, at least five years from the date of this publication.
