In accordance with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange rules and applicable legislation, Sava Re d.d., Dunajska 56, Ljubljana, makes the following announcement:

• Klemen Babnik elected chairman of the supervisory board
• Mojca Androjna elected deputy chair of the supervisory board
• Edita Rituper elected member of the risk committee

Following the resignation of Davor I. Gjivoje Jr as member and chairman of the supervisory board, the remaining members elected the current deputy chairman, Klemen Babnik, as the new chairman and Mojca Androjna as the new deputy chair at yesterday’s session. Edita Rituper was elected member of the risk committee.

Until the vacancy is filled, the supervisory board will temporarily operate with five members.

This announcement will also be available on the Company’s website, at www.sava-re.si, for at least five years from the publication date.
