The share of PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE d.d. amounts to 5.0218%.

The form for notification of changes in major holdings (P-DEL) is attached to this notice.

This announcement will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
