Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the applicable legislation, CINKARNA Celje, d. d., Kidričeva ulica 26, 3000 Celje, hereby publishes the following notification:

CINKARNA Celje, d.d., which has already published the English translation of its audited Annual Report for the financial year 2025 in PDF format, hereby additionally publishes the English translation of the audited Annual Report for the financial year 2025 in the official ESEF format.

The attached report constitutes the fulfilment of the Company's obligation to disclose its annual report in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 134 of ZTFI-1 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/815.

The report will be published on the Company's website (www.cinkarna.si) as of 16 April 2026, onwards, for a period of at least 10 years.
