Under the provisions of the Rules of Ljubljanska borza, d.d., Ljubljana and the relevant legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana hereby makes the following announcement:

On 18 September 2026, the President of the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., signed agreements on the early termination of the terms of office and the termination of employment contracts with the following members of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d.: Boštjan Košak, President of the Management Board; Irma Gubanec, MSc, Vice-President of the Management Board; and Vesna Prodnik, MSc, Member of the Management Board.

All the aforementioned agreements have been concluded subject to the condition precedent that the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., provides its written consent, in the form of a resolution, to their conclusion by 25 September 2026.

This announcement will also be available on the Telekom Slovenije, d.d. website (www.telekom.si) for not less than five (5) years from publication.
