Gorenje, d. o. o., informs the public that today, on 26 August 2019, it has submitted a request to Clearing House, d. d., Ljubljana for carrying out the corporate act of deletion of 15,221 of own Notes as of 4 September 2019 with the security code GV02 and ISIN code SI0032103739, which it obtained during the repurchase process, which was carried out in line with resolutions of Noteholder meeting as of 28 May 2019 and was executed in the period 29 May 2019 to 13 June 2019.
